Shipping Policy

Review how VSeeBox orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and handled if delivery issues occur.

Thank you for shopping at www.vseeboxshop.co. We are committed to delivering your VseeBox device quickly and reliably. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via FedEx Air within the contiguous 48 United States, with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped, not from the date the order is placed.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CT) or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Holiday & Peak Season Notice: during major holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Independence Day, and peak shopping periods, such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual due to increased order volume and carrier delays. We recommend placing your order early during these periods to ensure timely delivery.

Address Accuracy

To ensure your package is delivered correctly and on time, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. This includes correct street numbers, apartment or unit numbers, and any other required delivery details.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States, excluding the areas listed below.

Areas We Do Not Ship To

We are unable to deliver to the following locations:

  • Hawaii, all addresses including street and PO Box
  • Alaska, all addresses including street and PO Box
  • U.S. Protectorates and Territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands, all address types
  • PO Box addresses in any state
  • Remote or restricted delivery areas as determined by FedEx

If you place an order with a shipping address in one of the above areas, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address or issue a full refund.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. You can track your package at www.fedex.com/tracking or through the FedEx mobile app.

If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

Delivery Issues

Package Not Received

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and verify the delivery location. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with FedEx to resolve the issue.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product before opening it. Contact us at support@vseeboxshop.co with the photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.

Carrier Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there may be circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, carrier service disruptions, or other unforeseen events, that may cause shipping delays. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Filing a Claim

If you experience a non-delivery issue or your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will work with FedEx on your behalf to investigate and resolve the issue. Please note that carrier claims may take up to 30 days to process.

Policy Changes

This Shipping Policy is subject to change without prior notice. The version of this policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your order. We recommend saving a copy of this policy for your records.
