30-Day Hassle-Free Return & Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your VseeBox device within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
How It Works
- Contact our support team at support@vseeboxshop.co with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
- Our team will provide you with a prepaid USPS shipping label.
- Pack the device securely in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- Attach the shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest USPS location.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received.
The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories, cables, remote control, and packaging included. Products that are physically damaged due to misuse or are missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.
1-Year Limited Warranty
All VseeBox devices are backed by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions that occur under normal use.
What Is Covered
- Hardware malfunctions not caused by external factors.
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- System failures under normal operating conditions.
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage caused by drops, spills, or impact.
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
- Damage caused by incompatible accessories or power sources.
- Software or app-related issues not attributable to a hardware defect.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches or scuffs.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email support@vseeboxshop.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the problem.
- Our support team will troubleshoot with you to determine whether the issue can be resolved remotely.
- If a return is required, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs during the warranty period are the customer's responsibility.
- Once we receive and verify the defect, we will repair or replace the device at no charge and ship it back to you free of charge.
Post-Warranty Repair Service
If your device experiences a hardware issue after the 1-year warranty period has expired, we are still here to help.
We offer paid repair services for out-of-warranty devices. To get started, contact our support team at support@vseeboxshop.co with a description of the issue. We will assess the problem and provide you with an estimated repair fee before any work is performed.
For post-warranty repairs, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including shipping the device to our repair center and return shipping after the repair is completed.

Every VseeBox device comes with three (3) years of complimentary remote technical support from the date of purchase. Our support team is available to assist you with:
