30-Day Free Return & Exchange
You may return or exchange your VseeBox device within 30 days of receiving your order, for any reason.
Eligibility Requirements
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and complete with all accessories, cables, remote control, manuals, and original packaging.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or order number.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@vseeboxshop.co with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
- Our support team will review your request and provide you with a prepaid USPS shipping label and return instructions.
- Pack the device securely in its original packaging with all included items.
- Attach the shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest USPS location.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement.
Within the 30-day return window, return shipping is completely free. We cover the cost.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us at support@vseeboxshop.co as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been transferred to the carrier, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 24 hours.
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait to receive the package and then initiate a standard return.
After 30 Days - Defective or Damaged Products
If your VseeBox device develops a hardware defect or quality issue after the 30-day return window, but within the 1-year warranty period, we will still help you resolve the problem.
How to Submit a Claim
- Email us at support@vseeboxshop.co with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Include clear photos and/or a short video showing the defect or malfunction. This helps our team assess the issue quickly and accurately.
- Our support team will review your submission and respond with a resolution, which may include troubleshooting steps, a replacement, or a repair.
For returns and exchanges after 30 days, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our facility. If a replacement is approved, we will ship the replacement to you at no additional charge.
This Does Not Cover
- Physical damage caused by drops, spills, impact, or misuse.
- Damage from unauthorized modification or use of incompatible accessories.
- Software or app-related issues not caused by a hardware defect.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches or scuffs.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.
- Refund processing by VseeBox: within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Bank or credit card processing: depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If You Have Not Received Your Refund
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is officially posted.
- If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@vseeboxshop.co and we will assist you.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, a partial refund may be granted.
- Products returned with missing accessories, cables, remote control, or packaging components.
- Products that show signs of use or are not in their original condition.
The amount deducted will depend on the condition of the returned item and will be communicated to you before the refund is processed.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a full refund. Items purchased at a discounted or promotional price may only be eligible for exchange or store credit, unless the item is defective.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products with physical damage caused by the customer, such as drops, water damage, or impact.
- Products that have been modified, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized parties.
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers. Returns and refunds are only available for orders placed directly through www.vseeboxshop.co.
- Return requests submitted after the applicable return or warranty period has expired.
Exchange for a Different Model
If you would like to exchange your device for a different model, we recommend initiating a return for your current product and placing a new order for the model you prefer. This ensures the fastest processing time.
