Step-by-Step Setup

Connect HDMI

Insert one end of the HDMI cable into your VSeeBox and the other into an available HDMI port on your TV.

info Note which port number you used (e.g., HDMI 1, HDMI 2).

Power On

Connect the power adapter to the VSeeBox and plug it into a power outlet. The device will automatically boot up.

Use your TV remote to select the HDMI source that corresponds to your VSeeBox connection.

Common Setup Issues

Issue	Cause	Solution
No Picture	Wrong HDMI input or loose cable.	Check HDMI source on TV remote; re-insert cable.
Can't Find WiFi	Box is too far from router.	Move box closer or use an Ethernet cable.
Update Stuck	Slow internet or server busy.	Restart device and try again after 5 minutes.
