Channels Not Loading
Force stop the app and restart the box. Ensure your subscription date hasn't expired.
Maximize your bandwidth
The VSeeBox Nebula supports WiFi 6. For 4K streams, connect to the 5GHz band and ensure the box is within 15ft of the router without metallic obstructions.
Connection Failures
Forget the network in System Settings, unplug the box for 30s, and reconnect using the password carefully.
Frequent Disconnects
Check for firmware updates. If persistent, try a hardwired Ethernet connection to rule out router signal interference.

Clear system cache and ensure no other heavy downloads are active on the network. Restart your router.
